Contact and waitlist forms

The contact form collects your email address, message, inquiry type and an optional name. Aviune uses this information to read and reply to your message.

The launch waitlist collects your email address and records when, where and under which consent wording you joined. Aviune uses it to send launch news and occasional Aviune updates. Each waitlist email includes an unsubscribe link or preference control.

Email delivery and bot checks

Resend delivers contact messages and waitlist email. It also stores waitlist contacts and their consent records. Resend documents a 30-day retention period for email data. Its data-processing terms say customer data is deleted within 90 days after service termination.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. It processes signals such as an IP address, user-agent information, TLS fingerprint and the website origin. Cloudflare says Turnstile does not access form entries or other page input. Its product notice does not state a fixed retention period for these signals.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page traffic and browser performance without cookies or browser storage. It does not log URL query strings, and Aviune does not send names, email addresses or form content to it. Cloudflare keeps unsampled beacon data for seven days and makes aggregated website data available for the previous six months. This website uses no advertising trackers or session replay. Fonts and images load directly from this website.

Website delivery

Vercel hosts this website. Loading a page sends request information to its infrastructure. This can include an IP address, browser information and the requested URL. Cloudflare provides DNS for the domain. The current Vercel Pro plan makes runtime logs available for one day. Aviune does not write form content or email addresses to its application logs.
